Job Type: Full-time, Full Time Perm
Pay: 15.00 - 17.0 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced

Welder/Fabricator

to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you'll work primarily with sheet metal, transforming raw materials into high-quality components that align with our exacting standards. Your expertise in fabrication and welding will play a key role in delivering precision-built products that support our clients' success across a range of industries. Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble metal components to precise specifications Perform welding using various methods. Use hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety guidelines Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements and innovation

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in welding and fabrication

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Solid mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Comfortable with measurements and basic calculations Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting Committed to high standards and meeting deadlines
