We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with solid stick welding experience and a background in sheet metal fabrication, who takes pride in producing high-quality, precise components.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble metal parts in accordance with technical drawings Perform stick welding to a high standard, ensuring clean and robust welds Accurately interpret engineering blueprints and specifications Safely and efficiently operate workshop tools and fabrication machinery Conduct quality inspections to verify all work meets standards Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment Work independently and collaboratively to meet production deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in fabrication and welding (stick welding essential; sheet metal fabrication is a plus) Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities Proficient in using hand and power tools Excellent attention to detail and dedication to quality Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
