Position: Fabricator/Welder (Permanent, Full-Time)

Pay: Up to 17 per hour (experience-dependent) + overtime

We're seeking a reliable, skilled Fabricator/Welder with solid stick welding and sheet metal fabrication experience to join our team. This hands-on role suits someone who takes pride in producing high-quality, precise components.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble metal parts per technical drawings Perform stick welding to a high standard with clean, robust welds Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Safely operate workshop tools and fabrication equipment Conduct quality inspections to ensure standards are met Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment Work independently and with others to meet production deadlines
Candidate Requirements:

Proven fabrication and welding experience (stick welding essential; sheet metal fabrication helpful) Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability Proficient with hand and power tools Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
