Job Description

Position: Fabricator/Welder (Permanent, Full-Time)

Pay: Up to 17 per hour (based on experience) + overtime

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Fabricator/Welder with solid stick welding and sheet metal fabrication experience to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality, precise components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to technical drawings

- Perform stick welding to a high standard, ensuring clean and robust welds

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

- Safely operate workshop tools and fabrication equipment

- Conduct quality inspections to ensure standards are met

- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

- Work independently and collaboratively to meet production deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience in fabrication and welding (stick welding is essential; sheet metal fabrication is a plus)

- Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities

- Proficient with hand and power tools

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations

- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
