Position:

Fabricator/Welder (Permanent, Full-Time)

Pay:

Up to 17 per hour (based on experience) + overtime

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Fabricator/Welder with extensive experience in stick welding and sheet metal fabrication to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality, precise components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabricate and assemble metal components according to technical specifications

- Execute stick welding to a high standard, ensuring clean and robust welds

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately

- Safely operate workshop tools and fabrication equipment

- Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with established standards

- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment

- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet production deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience in fabrication and welding (stick welding is essential; experience in sheet metal fabrication is a plus)

- Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities

- Proficient with both hand and power tools

- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

- Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations

- Reliable, self-motivated, and a good team player
