Position: Fabricator/Welder (Permanent, Full-Time)

Pay: Up to 17 per hour (based on experience) + overtime

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Fabricator/Welder with extensive experience in stick welding and sheet metal fabrication to join our team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality, precise components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabricate and assemble metal components according to technical specifications.

- Execute stick welding to a high standard, ensuring clean and strong welds.

- Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

- Safely operate workshop tools and fabrication equipment.

- Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.

- Work independently and collaboratively to meet production deadlines.

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience in fabrication and welding (stick welding is essential; experience in sheet metal fabrication is a plus).

- Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient with both hand and power tools.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

- Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations.

- Reliable, self-motivated, and a good team player.
