Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Stainless Steel Fabricator Foreman, located in Basildon. The Foreman will oversee daily operations, supervise a team of fabricators, and ensure the quality of stainless steel fabrication work. Responsibilities include metalworking, using various hand and power tools, grinding, and operating forklifts. The Foreman will also be involved in planning, coordinating, and executing projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.Qualifications

Experienced within the commercial catering industry, creating bespoke stainless steel fabrication including, tables, sinks, counters, canopies, bars, hot cuppoards etc. Experienced in TIG welding, brake press, guillotine, CNC plamsa operating. Proficiency in using Hand Tools for precise fabrication tasks. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing and technical drawings. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Previous experience in a fabrication foreman or supervisory role is preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills
Clean driving licence
DBS checked or checkable
Able to work in the UK
