Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various materials, including pipework. This role involves fabricating components, assembling parts, and performing welding tasks to meet production specifications. Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble pipework according to engineering drawings and specifications. Perform TIG/MIG welding and other welding techniques to fabricate static mixers. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to shape and manipulate materials. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and resolve any issues that arise.

Experience

Proven experience in fabrication and welding, particularly with pipework. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
