About the Role:

Have a solid understanding of working within an engineering environment Perform routine mechanical tasks on small parts and components following company procedures Possess experience in metal fabrication and handling various metals Ideally proficient in TIG and MIG welding techniques Safely and efficiently operate welding equipment Accurately use measurement tools such as gauges and verniers Maintain consistently high standards of quality Keep the workspace organized and comply with health and safety regulations Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Communicate clearly with team members at all levels
Essential Qualifications:

Prior experience in assembly operations Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative Strong problem-solving skills

Job Details:

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract, or Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch break) Salary Range: 25,000 - 30,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding and fabrication tasks utilizing TIG and MIG techniques Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for precise metal assembly Use hand and power tools to shape and join materials, ensuring quality workmanship Conduct routine inspections of finished products to verify they meet specifications Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and maintain safety standards Use basic math skills to measure and cut materials accurately.
