Fabricator / Welder

Position:

Full-Time, Permanent

Hourly Rate:

Up to 17 (depending on experience) + Overtime Available

We're looking for a skilled and dependable Fabricator/Welder to join our team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone experienced in stick welding and sheet metal fabrication, delivering precise, high-quality metal components.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to engineering drawings Perform high-quality stick welding with clean, strong welds Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately Safely and efficiently operate fabrication machinery and tools Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure work meets required standards Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace Work independently and collaboratively to meet production targets

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in welding and fabrication (stick welding essential; sheet metal work preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills Proficient in using hand and power tools Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality Basic math skills for accurate measuring and calculations Reliable, self-motivated team player
