About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced

Welder Fabricator

capable of working autonomously from technical drawings to join our client's team delivering high-quality metalwork solutions across

commercial and residential projects

.

This is a PAYE role, working Monday to Friday, with competitive rates depending on ability and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and install a variety of bespoke and standard metalwork components. Work independently from technical drawings with minimal supervision. Carry out on-site installation work as required. Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards.

Projects Include:

Structural steelwork Architectural metalwork Staircases (metal & glass), balustrades, platforms Mezzanine floors Balcony railings Palisade fencing and security gates Maintenance access stairs Builders beams and custom fabrication

Requirements:

Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication. Ability to read and work from technical and CAD drawings. Strong understanding of health & safety on construction sites. Blue CSCS Card (essential for site installation). Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Desirable:

Experience in both workshop and on-site environments. Previous work in residential and commercial metalwork contracts.

Pay: 15.00-17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
