We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Welder/Fabricator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium across a variety of projects including staircases, pipework, pipe supports, and access platforms. This role requires strong fabrication and welding skills, good understanding of technical drawings, and a proactive attitude on and off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and weld components from mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Interpret and work from fabrication and engineering drawings. Produce bespoke fabrications including staircases, pipework, structural supports, and platforms. Operate a wide range of hand tools and workshop machinery safely and accurately. Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding in accordance with UKCA Welding Standards. Carry out site work and installations where required. Ensure all work is carried out to high standards of quality and health & safety.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a fabricator/welder in a structural or industrial setting. Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings independently. Valid welding qualifications Full UK Driving Licence -

. Ability to work both in the workshop and on-site as needed. Good attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Authorised to work in UK.
