Salary: 16 - 20 based on experience.

Annual leave / Holiday: 4 weeks (per annual year)

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm)

We work with premium systems such as Schuco and Jansen, delivering high-quality fabrication and installation solutions in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder / Fabricator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting, welding, and fabricating to a high standard across a range of materials, including 1-4mm gauge mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.

One of our main materials we work with is Schuco Jansen a good understanding and knowledge of this is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and weld metal components and frameworks with precision and minimal distortion. Work with materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Read and interpret technical drawings accurately. Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all fabricated products. Learn and apply fabrication techniques related to Schuco and Jansen systems. Ensure safety protocols and best practices are followed at all times.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a welder/fabricator. Skilled in TIG and MIG welding processes. Ability to cut, fabricate, and weld high-quality structures from 1-4mm gauge materials. Ability to work from technical drawings independently. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Basic English speaking and reading skills. Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Schuco and/or Jansen systems is a strong advantage. Familiarity with stainless steel architectural detailing.
