Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in MIG Welding and fabrication processes. This role involves working with metal components to create high-quality products that meet strict specifications and standards.

Duties

Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for fabrication tasks, including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately fabricate components as required. Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations. Maintain a good attendance record by showing up on time each day, and notifying managers if there are any reasons for being late or needing to be off.

Skills

Proficient in MIG welding (bending/forming experience would be beneficial). Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex assembly processes. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Familiarity with sheet metal work is advantageous. Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour
