We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fabricator/Welder to join our manufacturing team. Duties

Perform TIG and MIG welding and other welding techniques on various metals, including sheet metal and structural components Fabricate metal parts according to technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently Assist in the assembly of fabricated components into finished products or structures Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision using appropriate tools Conduct quality checks to ensure all welds and fabrications meet safety standards and specifications Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship

Skills

Proficiency in welding Strong knowledge of fabrication processes involving sheet metal and structural steel Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely Mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for measurements and calculations Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions accurately Experience in working with various materials such as steel, aluminium, or other metals Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure precision in every task Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
