Job Title: Welder/Fabricator

DnA Ramps and Access Ltd, based in West Bromwich, is a specialist in the manufacturing of high-quality access solutions, including ramps, stairs, and gangways. We are looking for a skilled Aluminium MIG and TIG Welder Fabricator to join our growing team and contribute to our diverse range of projects. Though some training will be provided on both to enhance your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabricate and weld aluminium components, including but not limited to ramps, stairs, and gangways.

- Perform MIG and TIG welding to precise specifications.

- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce accurate and high-quality fabrications.

- Use fabrication tools to cut, shape, and join materials, ensuring accuracy and durability.

- Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products to ensure safety and industry compliance.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in MIG/TIG

welding and fabrication (essential).

- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings (essential).

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines.

- Physically fit to handle heavy materials and work in varied on-site conditions.

Working Hours:

- Fixed shift, Monday to Friday, 07:30am - 16:00pm (37.5 hours per week).

Pay Rate:

- 13.00-15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
