About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and reliable

Welder/Fabricator

to join our workshop team. You'll be fabricating and assembling steel and aluminium components , working primarily with MIG welding techniques other techniques are a bonus. This is a hands-on, full-time position suited to someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and can think for themselves.

Key Responsibilities

Weld and fabricate steel and aluminium parts Operate power and hand tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling metalwork Perform

MIG welding

with consistency and accuracy Carry out quality checks on welds and final assemblies Use measurement tools to mark out and cut materials precisely Work with team members to complete fabrication projects efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years experience in

welding and metal fabrication

Proficient in MIG welding Able to carry out Repairs on Aluminium bodies to a high standard Confident using a range of workshop tools and fabrication machinery Good maths and measurement skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, standing, and bending during shifts A team player with a can-do attitude
