About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and reliable

Welder/Fabricator

to join our workshop team. You'll be fabricating and assembling steel components from drawings and specifications, working primarily with stick and MIG welding techniques. This is a hands-on, full-time position suited to someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Weld and fabricate steel parts to technical drawings and job specifications Operate power and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble

Carry out quality checks on welds and final assemblies Use measurement tools to mark out and cut materials precisely Work with team members to complete fabrication projects efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

What We're Looking For

Minimum 4 years of experience in

welding and metal fabrication

Proficient in

stick welding

(MMA) and basic MIG welding Confident using a range of workshop tools and fabrication machinery Able to read and follow technical drawings with minimal supervision Good maths and measurement skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, standing, and bending during shifts A team player with a can-do attitude
