We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with new and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. Duties
Manage an existing portfolio of clients to maximise potential and growth
Identify and approach prospective clients through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails.
Present products and services effectively, highlighting features and benefits to meet client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
Basic IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
A valid driving licence is desirable, especially for roles requiring travel between client sites.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
