About the role



We are looking for a Welfare Assistant who has experience of working with children in a Primary School setting to join our staff team who has a passion for supporting children. This role will predominantly involve lunchtime support including playground monitoring and interacting positively with children.

The successful candidate will:



Demonstrate a commitment to our school ethos and values Have a passion for promoting and supporting children's learning and wellbeing Be able to support the wellbeing of children of different ages across school as required Be able to relate well to both children and adults and be able to work well in a team

Duties will include planning, preparing and delivering fun activities for individuals/small groups whilst on the playground and supporting children getting their dinner.
