Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Welfare Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Duties
Cleaning the main welfare points and keeping site in a clean and presentable condition Perform general site maintenance and clean-up to ensure a safe working environment. Follow instructions from supervisors. Adhere to all health and safety regulations on site. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as necessary.
Skills
Strong physical fitness and stamina to handle welfare labour tasks. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Basic knowledge of construction. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when required. A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on site.
