We're one of the UK's leading vehicle conversion companies based in Doncaster, and we're looking for a practical, detail-oriented

Welfare Trailer Fitter and Caravan Fitter

to join our team. If you're from a background such as

joinery, van fitting, fabrication, carpentry, construction, or generally have strong practical skills,

then you could be the person for this role!

About the Role

You'll be working hands-on in our workshop, fitting and converting trailers to a high standard. This includes:

Installing floors, furniture, sinks, seating, and lighting Basic mechanical fitting (e.g. axles, hitches) Working with plywood, insulation, metals, plastics, and lining Using hand tools and power tools Collaborating with a supportive and experienced team

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you're from a trade like:

Van or vehicle fitting Joinery or carpentry Coachbuilding or bodybuilding Fabrication or general hands-on roles

You'll also need:

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to work from drawings/instructions Confidence with hand and power tools Teamwork and a can-do attitude Willingness to learn - full training will be provided!
