We welcome applications to come and join our Community Team for Learning Disabilities in Carmarthenshire. We currently have 2 Full-time Well-being and Welfare Practitioner Posts available. 1 post in Carmarthen and 1 post in Llanelli. The posts are due to growth of the team.
