Job Description

Who are we looking for:

An approachable, discreet, organised and experienced
Wellbeing Caseworker to assist clients in need of support.

Key responsibilities are:

To work with assigned cases, ensuring all clients receive a high level of practical and emotional support. Provide advocacy and liaise with services on behalf of clients such as public sector, companies, community organisations (e.g Social and Health Care Services, Housing services, DWP, Charity organisations and other Community services relevant to meet client's needs). To ensure that all assigned casework achieve the expected outcomes.
Job Title: Wellbeing Case Worker
Responsible to: Wellbeing Services Manager
Pay Rate: 13 per hour
Working Hours: 20 paid hours per week
Working Days/Times Monday to Thursday 10.00 am - 3:30 pm
Break 30 mins unpaid break
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days a year, Bank Holidays inclusive (pro rata).
