3. Work alongside the Wellbeing lead and have good communication skills.

4. Liaise with residents, relatives, friends of residents and staff to ensure a full knowledge of the residents likes, dislikes, interests, abilities, and challenges.

5. Explore the most appropriate method and resources for meeting activity needs including group events, individual sessions, involving internal and external resources and community-based resources.

6. Promote the planned program in a professional manner which encourages the involvement of all the residents, relatives, and staff.

7. Provide activities based on a planned program which allows for necessary changes to meet the individual resident's needs.

8. Assist in managing the resident photography and media consent forms, ensuring all appropriate permission is obtained for the use of photographs and media use.

9. Assist in organising themed events as required based on local holidays, traditions etc.
