The Wellbeing Manager will work within a prestigious corporate environment in the heart of London, to manage the on-site Wellbeing Floor and Programme. Embedding Westfield Health's Wellbeing proposition of Operational



excellence, Digital transformation and implementing innovation through a research-based wellbeing initiatives.

About the role



Work collaboratively with the client and Active Spaces Team to deliver a wellbeing programme that aligns with the client's workforce Wellbeing proposition. Deliver and exceed the service level agreement assigned to the Active Spaces contract. Deliver long term success of the Wellbeing Programme through developing the client relationships and wider stakeholder relationships to build influence and engagement of the programme. Co-ordinate a diverse Wellbeing Programme delivered by various experts alongside the delivery of various group classes and workshops by yourself. Demonstrate and guide employees on several Wellbeing initiatives and tech available as part of the Wellbeing Programme. Deliver lifestyle consultations and interpret results in simple and effective communication to employees. Proactively learn and grow professionally, to ensure the growth and value of the Wellbeing Programme remains best in class and accessible for all employees. Drive high performance, success and best practice, adopting a 'high challenge, high support' approach. Ensure all documented policies and procedures are maintained in accordance with company requirements.


About you:



Valid industry coaching or group training qualification Commercial awareness and proven track record of achieving targets. A strong Wellbeing / fitness background with experience working in a corporate or commercial Wellbeing / fitness environment. Experience in the planning and delivering of events across multiple stakeholders. Strategic and innovative thinker with a passion for business development. Strong leadership and programme management experience. Attention to detail in all areas of work including advanced IT skills and being comfortable analysing and presenting data. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information. Ability to collate, analyse and design programme based on data. Broad knowledge of Wellbeing services and industry trends. Relentlessly drive on-going improvements and innovation across the programme through workforce engagement and data analysis.
