About the role
This is an office-based, client-facing role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting our wellbeing consultancy projects, helping design and deliver stress management solutions for some of the world's most recognisable organisations.
You'll get involved in everything from research and analysis to report writing, workshop planning, and collaborating on wellbeing strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity if you're keen to gain hands-on consultancy experience in the rapidly growing workplace wellbeing sector.
What you'll be doing
Supporting programme logistics and administration (updating trackers, managing schedules, etc.)
Conducting diagnostic assessments on workplace stress and wellbeing
Analysing both quantitative and qualitative data to spot trends and insights
Drafting client reports and contributing to presentations for senior stakeholders
Collaborating on content and tailoring training/workshop session plans
Helping shape wellbeing strategies for clients across industries and regions
Undertaking secondary research and preparing background case studies
About you
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
A background in psychology (organisational, workplace, or general) or wellbeing
Experience in the mental health/wellbeing field (professional or voluntary)
Strong analytical skills with experience in both quantitative and qualitative data
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong IT skills (MS Office, formatting, presentation design)
Exceptional communication skills -- both written and verbal
Confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
A friendly, approachable personality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
A genuine interest in workplace stress, resilience, and wellbeing
