Much of our work is directly associated, and aligned with various NHS Mental Health Services programmes. This is an exciting, career opportunity for someone with solid relevant experience together with some awareness and/or lived experience in mental ill-health. You will also deputise for the Area Manager as required in a wide range of areas including various meetings and covering holidays or other absences. This will also include working directly with colleagues in some areas of our service delivery such as office cover and our mental health focussed training programmes. Additionally, you will assist your team, our safeguarding lead and the Area Manager in making sure any safeguarding incidents are properly managed and reported.

This is a challenging and highly rewarding role in which you can both grow your career and also make a significant contribution to your community.
