Hours: 30 hours per week across 5 days, Monday - Friday

Starting Salary: 30,258 - 35,121 per annum dependant on experience (pro rata for part-time)

Weston Hospicecare is an independent hospice with a dedicated multi-professional team working alongside trained volunteers who are committed to providing holistic care for local people living with life-limiting illnesses and their families.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wellbeing Team Leader to join our Day Services provision. This role will be a permanent position, working flexibly across five days per week.

The post holder will oversee a team providing a complementary therapy and wellbeing service that offers holistic and individual tailored care to patients and carers both at the hospice building and within the wider Weston Hospicecare catchment area in the community.

The post holder will be a therapeutic practitioner, registered with a professional body, be enthusiastic about holistic care and understand the value of therapy to support patients rather than curative treatments. The post holder will have previous management and leadership experience and come with an understanding of the challenges facing charities in the current climate.
