Your role:

Creating beautiful, thoughtful play spaces that invite exploration Supporting children's learning through their own interests and rhythms Building genuine, respectful relationships with children and their families Working collaboratively with a like-minded, passionate team Being part of a setting that's always evolving, reflecting, and growing together
What we're looking for:

A qualified practitioner (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years) who shares our values Someone who understands the importance of play, joy, and wonder in early childhood A calm, caring presence who believes in following the child, not leading them A team player with curiosity and a willingness to keep learning

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
