We are currently seeking a

GDC Registered Head Dental Nurse

to join our friendly and professional dental team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced dental nurse who is ready to take the next step in their career and take on some management duties alongside their clinical role.

About the Role:
As Head Dental Nurse, you will:

Lead and support our team of dental nurses Assist in implementing and maintaining cross-infection control, ensuring CQC compliance Oversee stock control and surgery rota planning Provide chairside assistance to clinicians Support the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations and audits
Requirements:
GDC registered Dental Nurse Minimum of 2 years' experience in dental nursing Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in infection control and clinical compliance Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and assist in staff training
Desirable:
Knowledge of SOE (Exact) software (preferred) Previous experience in a senior or head nurse position Level 3 in Team Leadership or similar (not essential)
