We're on the lookout for a

Head RVN

who's not only clinically confident but also passionate about leadership, teamwork, and helping our practice run like a dream. You'll work closely with each department to

direct the flow of work, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness

, organise team lunches, and support our Practice Director with

rota planning and wider management duties

. You won't be afraid to take charge, lead by example, and bring a calm, confident presence to the team. You'll also be a key voice in bringing fresh, dynamic ideas to help us grow and shine even brighter in our local community.

What You'll Need:

Registered Veterinary Nurse status (RCVS) A proactive approach to leadership, teamwork, and communication Confidence in liaising across teams and taking the initiative Comfortable taking the lead and guiding the team with positivity and clarity A creative and collaborative mindset - we're all about growth, both as a team and practice
