Monday to Friday, 7.5hour shifts, between 06:00-18:00

Duties and responsibilities:
Effective line management of shift leads and MTOs
Proactively contribute to achieving performance and operational targets for each shift, safety, quality, service, absence
Ensure health and safety standards on site are always adhered to
Create and deliver effective and engaging briefings
Manage inventory control using scan guns, tablets, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Establish priorities, communicate, and escalate them effectively
Be a presence in the warehouse, and lead by example with a safety-first approach
Management and upkeep of the payroll system; Oracle/Kronos
Assigning safety roles for the day and ensuring communication boards are up to date
Collating data for senior management and the client and communicating this when requested
Ensuring operational activities are executed right first time and training colleagues to continuously improve
Contributing, mentoring, and driving team development
Experience, Skills, and Attributes
Experience with Microsoft Applications
Previous warehouse experience is essential
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems beneficial
Line management experience
Superb communicator, target driven and highly motivated
MHE experience desirable
Driving license desirable
