Job Description

DMS Property Maintenance are passionate about both their customers and their employees and are looking to add to their close working team.

Due to the increasing workload we are seeking employed or self-employed skilled tradesman, particularly:

Wet room / Bathroom fitting including cap and cove flooring
The ideal candidate will have:-

Be fully skilled
At least 10 years on the tools experience within their trade/repairs industry
Have experience working in social housing sites
The ability to work to deadlines, prioritize workloads and demonstrate a professional manner in working with the public.
IT Skills required are:-

Use of handheld PDA system and/ or emails.
For Employed:-

You must have a full clean driving license,

The minimum starting rate per hour is - 20.00 per hour plus many incentives

Van, and fuel card also provided

For Self Employed: -

22-25 per hour OR price work options
