Wet Room Installer / Multi-Skilled Plumber with Tiling Experience

Location: Leeds, Keighley, Bradford.

Who we are:

PPM Limited is a trusted property maintenance company working across the social housing and private sectors. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Wet Room Installer / Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our team.

Role Overview:

You will work in domestic properties, adapting bathrooms and converting them primarily into level access shower rooms. The role involves a variety of tasks including plumbing, tiling, decorating, and all preparatory works required to complete full refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out responsive and planned repairs for clients throughout Bradford and Leeds

Install wet rooms and level access shower facilities

General plumbing works including pipework, fittings, and sanitary ware

Wall and floor tiling to a high standard

Decorating and finishing works

Install safety features and aid adaptations

Complete full refurbishments in residential properties

Work respectfully in occupied homes

Participate in an on-call rota to attend emergency repairs when required

Requirements:

Proven experience in wet room installations and bathroom adaptations

Strong plumbing and tiling skills

Decorating experience is an advantage

Full UK Manual driving licence essential

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Working Hours & Additional Info

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
