We are seeking a reliable and experienced Wet Trade Multi-Trader to join our construction team on a self-employed basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wet trades and be confident delivering a variety of tasks across residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Execute wet trade tasks including: Plastering, rendering, scree ding Tiling (floor and wall) Basic plumbing and carpentry Bathroom and wet room installations Carry out general building maintenance and minor repairs Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations Maintain a clean and safe working environment Liaise with site supervisors and clients as required
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in wet trades and multi-trade roles (minimum 5 years preferred) Own tools and transport (van) Public liability insurance Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 160.00-180.00 per day
