Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced (1 year experience minimum) Installer to join our team in Glasgow. The Installer will play a vital role in ensuring appliances are installed correctly and efficiently, supporting our mission to deliver reliable service and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Install a variety of household appliances and systems according to manufacturer specifications.
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure proper functioning post-installation.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation of installation activities.
Collaborate with team members to improve installation procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining appliance features and usage.
Keep work areas clean and organized to uphold safety standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in appliance or equipment installation.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to interpret schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills for customer interaction.
Valid driver's license is preferred.
Knowledge of air conditioning systems is advantageous.
Prior experience in maintenance or construction is a plus.
