Wholesale Product Merchandiser - Farah

RESPONSIBLE TO:



Creative & Commercial Director

JOB SPECIFICATION:



Applies an understanding of brand values, market dynamics, consumer targets and distribution blueprint to define, inform and develop all Farah ranges alongside the brand strategy

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:



Informs and implements product offer



Drives all seasonal range analysis and research to influence product development to support growth opportunities and ensure data driven decision making:(Seasonal and NOS) Delivering hindsight presentations to the wider business on seasonal performances supported by financial reporting Build, deliver and manage seasonal range plan to product teams (Design, Sourcing & Product Development) including targets for Style/SKU investment, marin targets, WHSP & RRP Supported by the Commercial Director in delivering a pricing strategy which considers consumer expectations, competitive set and company margin targets Manage the lifecycle management of the CORE/NOS offer working in close collaboration with Planning/ Allocation on stock levels and performance Collaborate with Planning/ Allocation to analyse all relevant current and historical sales and market performance Collaborate with Commercial Teams to create SMU product offer for Key accounts in full price and off price distribution channels Quarterly competitive store/ market reports to include detailed analysis of UK/EU market trend, pricing, competitor observations

Responsible for all administrative support task to allow for smooth market implementation



Working with Product Development team to ensure sample PO's are raised in a timely manner Timely and accurate PLM set-up and management throughout the season (SKU creation & pricing entry) Showroom management alongside seasonal sample management and distribution NuOrder set-up and maintenance alongside managing the creation of selling tools: Line assortments & Price lists

Sell-in and buy



Support key account meetings and ensure effective and consistent communication between departments Maintain line lists and distribute to Sales & Customers - supporting with in season queries as the main point of call

Works in partnership with others to ensure cross functional support and alignment



Collaborate with Retail, Sales, Design and Production teams to consider customer feedback/trends while maintaining brand guidelines, aesthetic, and targeted financial plans Collaborate with Planning on stock level and product lifecycle management for NOS range

PERSON SPECIFICATION:



Product Management/Merchandising min. 3 yrs experience with appropriate high profile menswear brands In depth knowledge of the Menswear UK/EU fashion environment, especially consumer trends and emerging brands Analytical background & confident in data management Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong collaborative mindset Confident and approachable Strategically minded and solution oriented Excellent organisational and time management skills Team player with positive attitude and supportive nature International travel may be required
