Wholesale / Retail Account Manager

to join our team and take care of our valued stockists.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for a portfolio of independent retail accounts, helping them with everything from placing orders to choosing new products. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where no two days are the same -- you'll build relationships, spot growth opportunities, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. In addition to managing accounts, you'll be responsible for raising invoices, keeping sales records up to date, and supporting the finance team with basic account reconciliation.

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day relationships with existing stockists Take and process orders, ensuring timely delivery Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances Maintain accurate sales and account records Present new collections and seasonal updates Support shops with merchandising ideas and marketing materials Monitor stock levels and suggest replenishments Help onboard new accounts and introduce them to the brand Work closely with our operations, design and marketing teams to share feedback from retailers Attend trade shows or events as needed Other general admin duties; supporting colleagues and other departments in the office as required.

About You

1-3 years' experience in wholesale, retail account management, or a related role Comfortable working with independent retailers and small businesses Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple accounts at once Excellent communication skills -- you enjoy building relationships Numerate and confident using Excel or CRM/order systems Bonus points if you have experience in fashion, accessories, or homewares
