Job Description

The Senior Wholesale Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing the wholesale strategy across both a few EU fashion brands . This role combines strategic thinking, relationship management, and operational execution. The role is accountable for expanding the wholesale base, nurturing existing partnerships, and streamlining wholesale operations in line with seasonal and annual commercial targets.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Senior Wholesale Manager works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver against defined OKRs (Objectives & Key Results), ensuring both brands are represented with clarity, consistency, and commercial effectiveness in the global market.

Key Responsibilities



Wholesale Client Acquisition



Proactively identify, reach out to, and onboard new wholesale accounts in key international markets Represent both brands at market weeks, trade shows, and virtual showrooms Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners aligned with brand positioning and growth plans

Account Management & Growth



Manage and grow relationships with existing wholesale partners, focusing on account development and retention Deliver training to retail partner teams post-delivery to support brand education and maximize sell-through performance Drive reorders and seasonal performance by maintaining regular account communication and sharing ATS catalogues and sell-in tools

Operational Efficiency



Optimise order processing and account management workflows Improve turnaround times on ATS/ reorders and ensure timely, satisfactory resolution of client issues

Cross-functional Collaboration



Liaise closely with Marketing, Product Development, Logistics, and Finance teams to align commercial priorities Adapt strategies based on seasonal performance insights, brand evolution, and market trends

The Person - Key Requirements & Attributes



Minimum 8 years in similar wholesale role, ideally within premium or luxury fashion/ lifestyle sectors Deep understanding of global wholesale markets, particularly in Europe, Asia, and the US Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, able to represent brands credibly to both boutique and department store-level partners Data-driven with proven experience in driving sales, managing targets, and executing growth plans Experience using wholesale tools such as Zedonk, Joor, or NuORDER is a plus Comfortable operating in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment with multiple brand priorities A collaborative spirit who thrives on building relationships internally and externally Results-oriented, self-starter with a growth mindset

Pay: 50,000.00-70,000.00 per year
