Real Estate License and experience is NOT required, but sales experience is a requirement.

This position is for a person who loves helping people and excels at creating "win-win" deals. We are looking for driven and down to earth people who build relationships quickly.

position. We are not looking for cold callers or appointment setters.

This is a virtual position

You will be working US hours (CST time Zone 8:30am-5pm)

You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. Along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. We are looking for someone that wants to be part of something great and grow with us, if you change jobs frequently... this isn't for you.

Leads are provided by us; you're just going to reach out to the seller and do what you do best!

Responsibilities:

Reach out and get contracts from homeowners that want to sell their home.

Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs and more.

Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task.

Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.

Must be motivated to bring in outside business.

Must be a team player.

Love helping people and great at building rapport.

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude.

Minimum of 2 years Sales Experience.

No Real Estate Experience Required, but preferred.
