CRA Consulting are delighted to be working in partnership witha well-known, highly respected law firm in Rotherham to recruit an experienced Wills & Probate Lawyer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the region's most reputable practices, recognised for delivering outstanding client care and long-term career prospects.
The Role
As a key member of the Private Client department, you will handle a high-quality caseload of:
Wills & estate planning
Probate & estate administration
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Court of Protection matters
Inheritance tax & succession planning
You will be supported by experienced colleagues and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on client relationships and technical excellence.

You should have proven experience in private client law, a client-focused approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Benefits & Package
Salary: 40,000 - 65,000 DOE
25 days holiday + statutory leave
Additional office closure at Christmas
One day per week home working
Annual bonus scheme
Contributory pension
