Are you a Wills & Probate Lawyer seeking a better work-life balance and high-quality private client work in Doncaster?
CRA Consulting is working in partnership with a long-established and highly regarded regional law firm to recruit a skilled Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive, or STEP-qualified Fee Earner. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a friendly and professional team in a supportive, flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting wills and setting up trusts
Probate and estate administration
Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
Court of Protection work
Providing inheritance tax and estate planning advice
You will manage your own caseload with the support of a collaborative private client team and dedicated administrative staff.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or STEP-qualified Fee Earner
Proven experience in Wills, Probate, and general private client law
Strong client care and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
Salary between 40,000 and 60,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working model - mix of home and office
Flexible working hours, including part-time considered
25+ days holiday plus bank holidays
