Rupert Wood and Son Solicitors are looking for an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor/Fee Earner to join our team. The position is ideal for someone with knowledge and experience in dealing with wills, trusts, probate amongst other matters . Excellent communication and the ability to engage confidently with colleagues and clients is a must.

The successful Private Client Solicitor/Fee Earner would be dealing with a range of matters including, but not limited to:

Drafting wills and preparation of trusts

Preparing powers of attorney

Administration of estates and trusts

representing trustees, executors and beneficiaries
Advising on Inheritance Tax planning and issues

Keeping clients up to date with progress, with the ability to put the client's interests at the heart of what you do

Financial control with regard to cash flow through a collection of monies on account and billing procedures

Make sure that SRA and other relevant regulations are adhered to

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
