CRA Consulting are working with a well-established regional law firm to recruit a Private Client Solicitor / Team Leader for their Huddersfield office. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role and play a key part in the growth of a thriving department.
The Role
Lead and supervise the Private Client team.
Manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate matters.
Provide mentoring and support to colleagues.
Drive compliance, quality standards and client care.
Work with the Partners to promote and develop the firm's services.
About You
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong Private Client experience.
Previous supervisory/leadership experience desirable.
Excellent client care, organisational and decision-making skills.
STEP qualification (advantageous but not essential).
Benefits
Salary: 55,000 - 75,000 DOE
Hybrid working (after training)
