Your role
As our Paralegal, you will support the Wills & Probate team to deliver outstanding client service. You will manage administration, assist with cases and play a key role in keeping files organised and up to date.
Assisting fee earners with aspects of their caseloads
Handling file openings/closings, billing, and preparing correspondence
Maintaining files, saving documents and emails to the case management system
Liaising with clients in a friendly and professional manner
Preparing documents and notes for appointments
Assisting with document storage and retrieval
Providing reception cover when needed
Referring matters outside your expertise promptly to fee earners or Head of Department
Recording time accurately and ensuring work is progressed efficiently
Keeping training records up to date and maintaining professional standards
