Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Wills & Probate Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, with a solid understanding of legal procedures and documentation. This role is essential in supporting our Solicitors by conducting research, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant laws.

Responsibilities

Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. Communicate effectively with clients. Manage schedules and deadlines using Microsoft Outlook. Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) to create reports and presentations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Experience

Proven experience as a Wills & Probate Paralegal within a legal environment is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Solid IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software quickly. Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
