As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining safety standards on-site. This role is essential for delivering exceptional service to our clients while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate installation activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance on best practices and techniques. Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and prepare necessary materials and tools. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installation processes. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process, implementing effective solutions promptly. Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and time spent on each project.

Qualifications

Proven experience in installation work, preferably in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of installation techniques and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between job sites. Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in the installation process.
