Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to a high standard, contributing to the overall appearance and cleanliness of various properties. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This includes working in all weathers and appropriate uniform will be provided.

No experience needed as full training will be given.

Pay dependant on experience and to be discussed at interview.

Responsibilities

Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques and maintain high standards. Ensure safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Maintain equipment and report any issues or repairs needed promptly. Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleans. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Use online system to complete work tasks set out each day. Daily targets must be met.

Skills

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients. Ability to drive safely and efficiently between jobs. Must have clean driving licence. Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Physical fitness and stamina, as the role involves manual labour.
