We are seeking a dedicated and professional Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure that windows are cleaned to the highest standards, enhancing the appearance of residential and commercial properties.
Duties
Perform window cleaning services for various properties, ensuring all surfaces are streak-free and spotless.
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and solutions safely and effectively.
Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly.
Drive to different job sites, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
Work at heights safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Provide feedback on potential upselling opportunities for additional services.
Requirements
Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
Previous experience in window cleaning or a related field is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
